Not cancelling my policy!
I asked 1Life to cancel my life insurance policy months ago. The last debit order should have been in March 2020. I was still debited in April and May 2020. No one has contacted my since my cancellation request and my policy is still active. I need it cancelled and the last two months premium to be refunded back to me.
