None Payment of Funeral cover from November 2023

I am very dissapointed with 1Life as they have failed to pay a valid claim and found all the reason to reject my claim. I then complained at the complaints department and still 1Life did not pay the claim. I asked for the premiums which i had paid and still refused to give back the money. The consultant who helped me was very rude and kept on explaining lies after lies. I asked for the recording and still i am waiting for it till today. The policy had not lapsed as the agent confirmed that the policy was still active before i submitted a claim.

1Life is a joke and a ****, they are not people to deal with as the agents are very rude and they always find a reason not to pay.
