Nobody called me from 1life after my complaint which then tells me that you dont follow up these complaints with the companies you outsource, which clearly means you don't care.

I have been waiting for my parents' tombstones since last year June from a company under life called Metgran. I enquired, called and email to which I was told my order was prioritized, it's been 7 months now and still no word.

Bear in mind that these are not even complete tombstones but 2 heads only, and that apparently has and seemingly will take these guys a full year to do, I'm appalled and disgusted. I'm in the process of cancelling the policy I have with 1 life, thanks for nothing...
