No updat

I feel like iam given a run around by your company... submitted my claim on the 30th November was advised that a quality assurer will give me a call back in 2 weeks.. 2 weeks passed and i decided to call yesterday was told i will recieve a call back before the end of business day.waited and there was no call or any sort of communication,again i made a call today,am told the same excuse as yesterday...quality assurer is in meeting she will call back 🙄....iam so disappointed at the service iam recieving, totally unhappy
