No service once signed up.

Hi.

I am truly unhappy with 1life. I took the policy out with them in 2016/2017 when entering a competition through 947... Ofcourse they were super quick to get me to sign up and so on.

Well since then i have not been sent any documentation regarding my policy... Dare i say it, i am not even aware what my policy nr. I have tried on numerous attempts to contact them, but i just get ignored. If something were to happen to me, nobody would even be able to claim.

I would like to cancel my policy with then. Of they cannot help me to do that here, i will be reversing or stopping the deit order. Very bad service.
