NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS
I had sent an e-mail to 1 life to update my policy details till now they have failed to offer a response and it's been 6 freaking days still no response. I have sent an E-MAIL to their complaints depart ment and all I got was an automatic standard response . They claery don't give a damn.
THE LACK OF RESPONSE IS CONCERNING, WHAT IF I HAD A CRISES AND NEEDED THEIR ASSISTANCE.
