No response from Liberry Life

Liberty life is pathetic.

My late husband paid his policy every single month to make sure he provided for me the day he is no longer alive.

After submitting the death claim,and his biological son refusing to respond to emails and telephone calls,just because the forms clearly state he may not receive money,Liberty Life is now not responding to any mail correspondence from the advisor.

We as the public cannot get ahold of anyone to find out whats going on.

Really sad and frustrating that loved ones have to suffer like this.
