no response and bad service

i have called the 1life life insurance department 3 times, i requested they cancel my life policy the first time then i see they deducted from my account. i called again and they said i should email my request to the cancelliation department. i have done so 3 times with no response or feedback what so ever. if they deduct again there will be a big problem. yourls lack of service is pethetic
