No Response after several requests

A debit order scheduled for 25th March 2017 bounced from my account for my life insurance policy for an amount of R210.07, I immediately contacted 1Life to arrange to make the payment and as well as update my policy schedule and increased my life insurance and the new amount which was to be effected on the 1st May 2017 would now be R497, after finalising my new policy schedule the sales lady advised that the amount would go off on the 3rd of April (the initial bounced debit order amount of R210.07), and that I should not make payment manually, I was reassured that this would not affect my policy in the event that my listed beneficiaries hadto make a claim in future. On the evening of 3rd of Arpil 2017 I realise the amount had still not gone off my account, and sent an email to 1Life client services, and recieved no response. I proceeded to speak to a 1Life agent on the 4th of April 2017, who then said my account would be debited between the 20th April and 25th April for both the old premium which bounced of R210.07 as well as the new premium ofR497 which is only scheduled to go off from my account on the 1st of May 2017, (contradicting the newly revised policy schedule). furthermore the 1Life Rep. aslo said he would forward an email, indicating that my account would be double debited for the R210.07 and R497. which I never recieved as promised, I again sent and email to 1Life client services and have yet to be contacted by 1Life regarding this matter. I have all in all spent over two hours in combined telephone calls trying to resolve this matter with 1Life and am no closer to a solution. This is very dissappointing as I have been a loyal client of theirs for the past 7 - 8 years and never had any issues. My biggest concern is that is 1Life now trying to make me default on this one debit order which never went through (which I've called them about the following day to ask how else I should make payment) so as to avoid (or) use as an excuse in future in the eventuality of my death to my beneficiaries for grounds not to pay out?
