No Response

I have sent an email to 1Life on the 10th August to try and cancel a policy that I took out last month for my grandmother because she has since passed away. Over and above that i sent the broker a death certificate on whatsapp and promised I would be hearing from 1Life in 2 days. After 48hrs there was still no response from 1Life and i made a follow up which was followed by yet another auto reply email. Please cancel the 2 policies they were meant mainly for my grandmother
