NO REFUND BUT WHY

I fail to understand why my life insurance provider refuses to refund my money. If I were to pass away today, I would not even be covered—so on what basis are you holding on to my funds?

I have cancelled the policy because I no longer require the service. It is as simple as that. Keeping my money when no service or cover is being provided is completely unfair.

This is not a small amount to me. I don’t just want this money back—I need it. The refusal to refund me has left me feeling deeply frustrated, disappointed, and honestly, ******.

I expect a clear explanation and a fair resolution. Why should I pay for something that no longer benefits me in any way?
