No feedback on cancelation of policy...

On the 20th of June I email the customer service to cancel the all for woman policy due to an unforeseen situation. No feedback! I then forwarded emails on the 26th June, 9th July, 12 July and then AGAIN today to cancel the policy. But after 4 email still no reply from then. This is really unacceptable and so annoying. They take months to assist you, but are so fast to sell something to you over the phone.

Really not impressed with them, and will not recommend them with anyone!!
