No customer Loyalty

I am very disappointed in the the company for not being a loyal organization. I have had a life policy with them for 8 years plus. 1stly I've requested their client services department to contact me for over 1 and a half months to no avail. I finally called them to voice my concern about the fact that we see adverts about 2million life cover for a certain amount, however my cover is a fraction of that amount with 3 times the premium, based on what they advertised on the likes regarding age so on. the is a don't care attitude towards customers, The fact that a quotation from their competitor for like for like offers didn't bother them either. I would rather cancel my policy and loose out on all the high premiums i have contributed to for over 8 years didn't even prompt a retentions department query or an attempt the retain a loyal customer. Stinking values that 1 Life poses.
