No communication no feedback

My husband's policy haven't paid out its been 10 months now since I have claimed and 1life it's asking for documents that are in hospital and all Gauteng's hospital are offline so I don't know anymore why don't they release the money rather than dragging around and asking for the documents that they didn't ask for in the beginning when I did the claim what 1life it's doing to people it's very wrong 1life it's undermining us I called them Tuesday and they told me that the assessor is not there she knocked off then they said she will call me even today I haven't received any call from 1life ever since last year I have been complaining about the communication and the way they are dragging their feet now I decided that my lawyer must be active and incharge because it looks like I'm being undermined.
