No communication

I have had no problem with Dial Direct short term insurance whilst I was insured with them. However I have tried to cancel my life insurance policy that was with them (accidental death cover) to no avail. I cancelled my Dial Direct policy in March and gave the instruction for all my policies to be cancelled, I have sent numerous mails to cancel the life policy every month up to and including last month and now I cannot even reverse the payment again. I feel that when you cancel you policies with Dial Direct they should automatically cancel it as instructed and not have you struggle.
