No calls returned

I’ve been trying to get someone to call me back with regards to increasing by premiums and adding more people on my cover since November 2018.About 3 people phoned me and everytime I ask them to call me back at a certain time they never do.Funny thing is I’ve asked them to phone two people that are interested in taking a cover and they did,don’t you care about your existing clients.I wanna increase a cover for 2 people and add 2 people as well
