Never going to at a policy at 1life

I have been waiting for a nurse to come and do blood tests. Only thing I get is being put to pillar and post no one seems to no what they are doing at one 1 life except the ones who are collecting monthly premiums. Bunch of theives with no honesty and integrity. Promising, lying and not delivering. Richard promised to send documents but nothing was done and its over a month.
