I’m very impressed and pleased with the quality of service she provided. I sincerely appreciate her responsiveness and the way she conducts service. What we need as consumers is products that will really work for us in the long run and at the same time be beneficial to us as the TCF outcome reads: " Consumers are provided with products that perform as firms have led them to expect, and the associated service is of an acceptable standard and as they have been led to expect" </p>
