Need my money back

My name is Sandra griffits I joined 1life funeral cover which last year and had a policy with them anyway I decided to cancel it this year and requested my premiums back of which I was I won't get it back because it's a funeral cover not an investment of which I wasn't told about when I joined that I won't get my premiums back I need money back...im not happy with 1life company I need my money back
