Thank you ****r for your call and the fantastic offer you sold me today. <br> <br> ****r did not keep me holding on the phone and went through the processes with efficiency and professionalism. <br> <br> ****r maintained a Happy Positive Attitude throughout which was refreshing and put me in a better mood for the day ( considering I was stressed and grumpy)
