NATURAL CAUSE DEATH COVER DROPPED WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION

I took a 1Life policy in July 2020. I did my HIV test required in December. On Monday 19th April 2021 I get a call from a consultant wanting to review my policy. I ask why and she advises that I have only been covered for accidental death since November, as my HIV test was done late. Nobody advised me as such, they just dropped natural cause cover based on some small between the line comment on the policy, and zero customer communication. Pathetic customer relations for something so serious as life cover. I was shocked to discover over these critical times that my family would not have received anything if I had passed away from natural causes, especially in these Covid times! They care less. After seeing so many similar reviews I am cancelling policy today. The insurance ombudsman needs to look at this clever tactic at the expense of destroying families financial security because of some detail on a lengthy legal policy document.
