MY LATE SON IS STILL LYING IN THE COLD

My son had a policy with 1Life and the policy included the much advertised "Pay Now" option. He passed away early this week and when I submitted a claim at 1Life, I was told to submit a full post mortem report and a body chart form of which these documents are not made available to the public. As these documents take long to be finalised by Forensics, I can't bury my son this weekend because I can't access his funeral policy payout. I'm so traumatised by this and my whole family has lost trust in 1Life.
