My kids are suffering because of 1life

Im so disappointed about the services @ 1life my kids did not attend school because of hunger they deducted an amount of R3000 that was for groceries and when we inform them they tell us they cant refund even a portion of that amount so we can purchase food for our kids if they dont believe us u can send one of your representative to our home its an insult to insurance companies to not even think of families when already thy making a killing each month im in tears as i type this because my mom is diabetic she has not eaten all day how cruel this world can be
