My dad passed away 25 May 2025. I submitted the claim on the 4th of June. A consultant phoned me and said some of the documents were not received. I tried again. After being very annoying and contacting them alot I got through to the assessor Mary Reyneke. She handled my father's life cover claim. What an absolute treasure she is. She was calm and so helpful towards my mother who struggles to speak. 3 months later and the policy paid out. Up to the last cent. Thank you Mary for your service. Regards J Foster
