My 1Life Disaster

I just received a call from 1Life. First of all, the lady just called me by my name like we have known eachother for years. I assume she wanted to.offer me an insurance product. When I asked her where she got my number, she put the phone down in my ear. I tried calling back but the voicemail said that the voicemail of the number that you are trying to reach is full. If that is the type of treatement you get when you ask a simple question (please note: in a very decent manner), what type of service will you get once they receive your money and you have enquiries. Very unprofessional. I would advise people to rather go to another Insurance Company because to me, first impressions lasts. Very, very, extremely rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER make use of your Company and will.continue to block your numbers!!!!!
