monique was veryn dedicated and user friendly

i was not happy about my account policy and the way i was treated, i wrote them a complaint emailwhich was attended by superwoman,phenominal and a dedicated woman named Monique from Resolution department.I was so angry when she phones me, she was so calmed and that made me realised the is no point to be so lound and i was down, she told me that she will investigate and she will give me feedback. she kept her promises,she phones, she follwed up, she reasured,she left messages if not reached. she was totally amasing, she is for the keeps 100%,no doubt. she knew what her job entails, what is customer service. I'm happy with her services and her efficiency, she deserve to be employee of the month. She has one finaltask to complete and i know it will be done. WELL-DONE!!!
