****. Joined for literally 3 weeks and I realised they’re running some sort of ****. I asked for the debit order to go off on the 1st of each month- they debuted on the 30th. I called and cancelled my policy the very next day and I was informed that my refund will be due 24-48 hours. I followed up and I was informed that there is no refund due to me????? You don’t receive emails when you cancel your policies- nothing! Do yourself a favour and AVOID them!
