Misreresentation of policy
I app**** for a funeral cover for my brother and took a R10 000 cover at R72 per month as advised by the consultant who sold me the policy. I was surprised to see that in July my first deduction from 1life on PERSAL was actually not R72 as agreed but was R157, and because !life has not sent me any policy documentation in this matter I don't even know how much cover is woth R157. I no longer want to deal with 1Life, and would like to request that my !Life policy be cancelled with immediate effect and funds already deducted reimbursed to me immediately as I did not sign up for a policy that costs R157. Please refund me my money and keep your policy and ************* consultants who trick people to the purchasing of funeral policies at high costs for accumulation of high commission rates *******ly.
