My mother (Pensioner )was deceived to take out a funeral cover she didn't need. Subsequently we contacted 1LIFE to cancel and stop the deduction, but we were mistreated and taken from pillar to post, they refuse to cancel. Moreover , there are many pensioners complaining about the very same problem. They are taking as advantage of old people, and it's so disgusting...
