MISLEADING ADVERTISING BY 1LIFE

A colleague of mine passed away. Hehad a policy with 1Life. I have been tryiong to assist his widow and to date have not had any feedback from 1Life,. I have sent all the documentation they requested. They first tried to deny that he can get paid out, came up with excuses and wanted all sorts of documentation to be completed from 6 months prior to when he even took the Insurance out. They advertise that you dont needs any medicals etc but when the person dies then they want to request all that information. As far as Im concerned its all a ripp off, taking advantage of Disadvantaged people who are illiterate. I have sent numerous emails to them and have not yet had ant response. They need to be exposed.
