****mers-take from poor people

I would like my R183 deducted from my account from this company, i am unemployed and this money is for me to buy bread, i sent emails and also WhatsApp requesting cancellation but was ignored, a consultant called me and i advised the same that i am in a bad situation but they just don’t want to do cancellations, i only agreed to speak to someone as i entered a competition, I want no funeral cover my situation is very bad i could just be buried on ground no coffin no one will even ear food I don’t mind, for now i just would like a refund so i can but bread for my kid, 1life is a big company they can do without my money, to them it is just another R183 to me it’s for food
