I would like to report that a 1Life insurance agent ****med me. They asked for my bank card details, telling me I would receive a free grocery voucher and that they just needed to check if I qualify.

Later, I discovered that money was deducted from my account for a funeral policy that I did not open and did not agree to. This was done without my knowledge or consent.

I request that this matter be investigated urgently, the unauthorized policy be cancelled immediately, and all deducted funds be refunded to me.
