1life does not care about people. The only thing they care about is taking their money. I had lost my job in August and I have communicated with them beginning of September, explain my situation and ask them to cancel all the policies. Instead they debited from my account three times,I have spoke to Patrick, Zandile,Dineo,Tracy Ndou and Thandeka. Thandeka she promised to refund my money back on the 01/12/2025 but that never happened. 1life is a ****mer they only care about taking peoples money that is it. For being their client for long time but their service is very poor and they are not honesty . I have sent lot of emails even to the CEO but I did receive any help from them
