<p>Saturday around 12:30 I called 1Life to enquire about additional premium if I add my biological sister, which I did not or was not sure of the ID number. He was so respectful and yet very professional, NOT rushing to get me to add my sister, but re-explained the policy wording and T&Cs. I felt wonderful on how this young man conducted himself when dealing with me. AWESOME service MARCELLE WILLIAMS</p>
