15.02.2019 called the call center and Marcel Williams answered the my call. My complaint was about why there were 3 debit orders for my policy in one month. Marcel Williams rudely said that he cant hear me there is dead sound of which I could clearly hear him on the other side. Marcel Williams was not helpful and did not assist me with the clarity that I needed. He kept on interjecting and not allowing me to complete my questions before he could answer me and what he would answer was not even addressing the matter at hand. I then went on to ask who his manager is, he said Phiwe. I was frustrated by his lack of knowledge and I advised him that I am going to lay a formal complaint against him and that I would be cancelling this policy.
