MANY ENQUIRIES AND STILL NO RESPONSE

I logged a website enquiry on the first for women website, I then recieved an e-mail confirming that someone would contact me with 24 hours but never recieved any contacts. Then 48 hours later I logged a new website request and the same process repeated itself. I then sent an email and still no respone has been recieved and it is now 2 weeks later.
