Making it easy to understand

Robby contacted me on a Saturday morning asking me if it was a convenient time to talk about a special offer they had for me. I indicated that it was a convenient time, <br> <br> Robby displayed professionalism in patiently explaining the product offering to me, as well as adding a personal touch to the conversation when he asked the standard questions, e.g. when he asked what my highest qualification was, he congratulated me on the fact that I had a masters degree. The latter was but one example of how he personalized the conversation.
