Make a sale with no regard to a persons needs
I was looking for a Life policy that was to be ceded to the bank which I told to the sales lady. She went ahead an gave me a quote. It sound good to me so I agreed. <br> When it came time to cede it to the bank I found I was only covered for accidental death. This is of no use to me as I have no dependents and the bank will not accept this type of policy.<br> When I phoned to enquire if I could change it to a proper Life policy - which is what I want I was told I did not qualify.<br> To get a sale she just gave me the only policy I qualified for without make it clear to me what it was.<br> I am now trying to get my money back that I have paid. Admin fee plus 3 months payments. The last payment going off after a cancelled the policy.<br> Never again would I trust this company and never again would I purchase from them.
