long wait to receive feedback and payout in a stressful time
<p>I submitted a funeral claim on Tuesday the 3rd January 2017, I also submitted the supporting documents on the same day, it is now nearing 48hours since that and I have not received feedback from the assessor and notification of when will I get a pay out. The consultants don't seem to understand what a stressful time this is and I am also running out of time with preparations. 1life promises feedback and payout within 24hours to 48hours turn around time and so far I have not received any feedback and any hopes that the money will be paid out. My fathers funeral is on the 7th Jan 2017 </p>
