Life Policy not paid

My father's life Policy hasn't paid out. Its already 15 months and there's no sign of getting help from 1life. Last week they asked me to send a letter of Authorization from my mother. I did that . And still no help. But all of this teaches me something about 1Life. I have a life policy with them. I will have to cancel it too before its too late. The service is terrible.
