Life insurance call

Thembhani called me to offer me cancer cover on my life policy. I explained to him that I have cancer cover with Platinum life but can he please assist me with changing my banking details.<br> <br> He went the extra mile to take down all the details connect me to a client service consultant to change the details and took the time to ask if he could help with anything else.<br> <br> I emailed my outstanding docs to client services and my mail was returned, I forward the doc to his and he very kindly emailed it to the correct department and cc me on the mail.<br> <br> Thank you, First for Women &amp
