LIFE COVER INSURANCE PAYOUT

I submitted a Life Cover claim on the 23rd November 2020. It was also confirmed that I submitted all the required documents. All premiums were paid via debit order and there was no payment missed.

It was also confirmed that I did everything I needed to do and submitted all the documents and that the delay is now internal and that an assessor by the name of Freddie will assist me.

Freddie said as soon as there is any progress he will contact me. Till today I have received no communication from 1 Life. Today I called again and was told that my claim is with another assessor now and no longer wirh Freddie. The new assessor is now Lereko. I was told that Lereko will now get back to me because an email was sent to Lereko to contact me. Almost 10 months later and I still have not received the payout of the Life Insurance Claim.

This is so frustrating. I recommend rather getting Life Covers with banks and other trusted service providers not this one.

They never miss a premium collection and they do it on time too without fail. But when it is time to payout they want to put you in a maze that has no exit.

This is so frustrating. I regret the day I chose 1 Life Insurance.
