LIFE COVER FOR POLICY NO:*** NOT PAID ALMOST A YEAR NOW STILL NOT PAID.

Good day i must rely emphasize my disappointment in 1 life service my mother had a life cover with 1 life and till today from February since the claim had been submitted, it still hasn't been paid, my query is my mother had life cover with old mutual as well and it paid us well, but with 1 life we still struggling with the claim being paid.

i worry a lot because i also have a life cover with 1 life and cant help to ask myself that should i also pass away will my kids also suffer the emotional pain that we are going through with my siblings, i believe we take life covers so when we pass away our dependents or beneficiaries don not suffer financially..

We experiencing a huge challenge regarding the release of the postmertum report of my mother now i would like to know if the police are failing to provide us with the postmertum does it mean now that the life cover that my mother took wont be paid i need clarity regarding that matter.
