LIFE COVER ******
<p> I have a life cover from 1st for women since 2009, I supp**** them with all the information they requested and went to do the HIV test at a lab and they received the results. This year in February/March they called and offered me an "opportunity" to increase my cover at an additional cost, which was fine with me. They went through the the questions with me as per normal and I confirmed the cover. Last week I receive an email from them saying that my life cover has elapsed because I did not go for the HIV test, another one apparently. They said that they sent me emails asking me to go for another test for the increased cover which I ignored. They even went as far as saying that received several calls advising me to go for the test. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE EMAIL FROM THEM ABOUT THE TEST, AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED PHONE CALLS FROM THEM SAYING I SHOULD GO FOR ANOTHER HIV TEST. I have never felt so used in my life. I get sick to my stomach when I think of the amount of money that I paid these people for my life cover from 2009. They are such ******!!!</p>
