How do you explain the policy issued on the 05th April nd commence 01St May, nd premiums taken in advance whereby my 6th premium for my 06th Month which is October was debited on the 28th September, while their clause says for 6 premiums paid and 6 months they will pay. 1Life is very bad to such an extent that they don't communicate with the clients while they are busy with the claims or conclude them, I had to phone myself just to find out that they declined the claim? Explain my 6th premium which was taken for the 06th month which is October???????
