1Life has to be one of the most pathetic life covers I know...
when my cousin had passed away both me and my mother did an enquiry into what it would take for our claim to be accepted since the premiums were behind by 2 months. They tell us we need to catch up all the missed premiums and then from there a solution will come out and the claim will be paid...
WHAT UTTER ****. They did not pay the claim and we were left to cover the debt of the funeral ourselves... Terms and conditions are rigged in the favour of 1LIfe so that they get to keep your money no matter how much you've invested in them
