LIES FOR SALES, SHAMELESS!

1Life is placing sales people in shopping centres to take advantage of elderly people by selling them funeral polices under false pretences. My grandmother was approached by a girl called Valentia who said that she was only taking my grandmothers details so that someone would call her to explain the different products 1Life has and they can give her information about the funeral policy that is currently running at a special price. To my surprise my grandmother came home with a signed paper that had her Identity number, personal details filled in and a policy number and today she got a message that the policy will commence on the 1st of October and she still hasn’t been contacted and I’m not even sure what details this snake of a girl got from my granny. My grandmother is an old pensioner and tends to forget things so she doesn’t remember what details she asked for and I’m guessing she took my grandmothers banking details to debit. Please help me cancel this policy before it even starts especially since she doesn’t even need a funeral policy.
