LIES AND *****

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the continued incompetence and poor service I’ve received from 1Life.

I have called several times, only to be placed on hold and then hung up on. I was promised that an assessor would be in touch, but to date, no one has contacted me. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am now being completely ignored—my emails have gone unanswered, and no one seems willing to take accountability.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am losing patience and trust in your service. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further, including seeking legal advice and taking the issue to the relevant ombudsman.

If anything the moment you send a message on hello peter, they contact you non stop and make all sorts of false promises. I am so over this company
