Since February this year, I have send constant e-mails to the customer care division of 1Life. Even complained about this on hellopeter yesterday. Today, someone with the initiative to look after clients that has been with them since about 2008, called. Lee Ann Johnson, you are amazing. You have sorted this problem out in one day, where call center actually took - and ignored - my request for 3 months. Once again, thank you!
