Justification to call centre agent

I got a call from one of u consultants this morning with regard to a new product, can someone pls explain to me why I need to justify myself to call centre agent whenn not being interested. Does 1LIFE train all consultants to ask consumer why they not interested in the products cause if u ask me \No is No"";NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;756046;802504;18;2;0;1;0;0;2;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/02/02 11:36;15/02/02 9:52;Rude Voice message left on my cellphone;8,60E+12;Dennis;***;I have just picked up at least 8 missed call from ***, and a voice message from a call centre agent by the name of Dennis, who stated that he was calling me from Ver-tex Solutions regarding making payment arrangements for an account of mine. <br> <br> First of all, I do not take personal calls during working hours, even worse, today I'm in training. Assuming that I did not take your calls because I'm trying to avoid you is just stupid. Some of us don't sit with our phones in our pockets awaiting personal calls, we are paid to work. I don't appreciate you Dennis telling me that trying to avoid you is \actually not gonna work\"". Who do you think you are? I suggest those in charge take their call centre agents for some training on professionalism as I will not tolerate any rude voice messages from ANYONE.<br> <br> I just hate the fact that I've had to even waste my 15 minutes break from training on such rudeness!!! If Dennis doesn't know what to say when leaving a message for a client"
